Dorset General Practice Alliance want to help GP surgeries to better understand how people across Dorset manage their health, especially when it comes to self-care for minor illnesses or ongoing conditions. Health research programme

Our Future Health is a national charity working with the NHS to help researchers prevent, detect and treat diseases. They’re looking for people over the age of 18 who has a medical condition, lives with a disability or uses a wheelchair to take part in their research.
